1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account at info2sheets.com, you agree to these terms. If you are using this for an organization, you agree on their behalf.
2. The Service
Info2Sheets provides a gateway to transmit data from your HTML forms to Google Sheets via our API. We do not provide the form itself or the Google Sheet; we provide the "bridge."
3. Data & Privacy
- Your Data: We do not store your form submission data permanently. We act as a "pass-through" to Google Sheets.
- Access: You must grant our service account editor access to your sheet for the service to function. You can revoke this at any time.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use Info2Sheets for:
- Phishing or collecting sensitive credentials (passwords, social security numbers).
- Sending spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Any illegal activity under your local jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to terminate API keys without notice if these terms are violated.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Payments: Handled via Stripe. We do not store your payment information in our database.
- Billing options: We offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime billing. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring charges; access continues indefinitely. For monthly and yearly plans, you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We offer a 30-day "no questions asked" refund policy for your first month (or one-time payment for lifetime).
6. Limitation of Liability
Info2Sheets is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions (including Google Sheets outages), or security breaches on your end.
